Stephanie A. Yee

 

Stephanie Yee is a senior trial attorney with Jang & Associates LLP. An alumna of UCLA School of Law, Ms. Yee began her law practice in 1994 and has substantial litigation experience in a wide array of practice areas, including construction defect, personal injury, structure fires, wildland fires, premises liability, earth movement, flooding, product liability, landlord-tenant and tree cases. She has successfully tried 16 jury trials to verdict and resolved hundreds of cases through settlement, demurrer, motion for summary judgment and voluntary dismissal of the action. 

With more than 28 years’ experience as a litigator, Ms. Yee is well-versed in analyzing and evaluating claims, developing discovery plans and trial strategy, preparing individuals for depositions and trials, deposing parties, witnesses and experts, negotiating settlements, drafting trial motions and filings, counseling insurers with large losses, and navigating cases to a successful recovery.
